What’s the catch, exactly?
If your Samsung smartphone is qualified for the deal, there are a few more details you should be aware of:
Under this deal, screen repairs only involve the replacement of a broken or cracked front display. Replacement motherboards and any other repairs required as a result of water damage are not covered.
All subsequent repairs will be charged separately. The device’s frame, which is the region surrounding the display that meets the frame bezel, must be free of dents or deep scratches along the edge of the device and not bent to be eligible for the promotion.
Customers must have a Samsung account to begin the repair procedure, and they may only do it using Samsung’s website’s mail-in service option. The deal, though, isn’t restricted to smartphones purchased through Samsung’s website.
- The offer is only valid for residents of the United States of America’s 50 states and Washington, D.C.
- The promotion does not include reakIFix, Best Buy, or other Samsung repair partners.
- The offer is only valid for one repair per client.
